Proceeds from this raffle raises much needed scholarship dollars for teens to attend a variety of impactful NCSY programs, including weekend retreats and summer programs in Israel.

An immediate example is happening this December. Yarchei Kallah, a five-day retreat that gives public school teens the opportunity to connect to their Jewish roots during their winter break instead of going skiing or sitting on the beach. Traditional classroom learning is supplemented with group study, one-on-one learning, and late night discussions with teachers, advisers and fellow NCSYers. The impact of this program is that the teens are imbued with a deep passion for learning more about their heritage.
