Tzila was born and raised in Jerusalem, Israel. For seminary she traveled to Gateshead, England there she studied Jewish studies and started working with teens, mostly non-religious as she felt a big passion for inspiring Jewish teens. When she graduated, she taught in different high schools in Israel while volunteering in “kids at risk” homes. While studying for her degree, (majoring in English) she met her husband, Yehuda Dagan and got married and moved to Modiin. She made a career change to computer marketing, but after two years she decided to go for her passion and work to inspire Jewish teens in the USA, there she was offered to direct the Silicon Valley area in California. She loves dancing, zumba and hip hop, working out and acting on stage.
