NCSYer of the Month: Sara Gindi
Sara has been an outstanding NCSYer; always very humble for all that she has accomplished. Sara is responsible for so much of the growth and success of her chapter yet never takes credit for all that she has contributed to the City. AS with our recent Pizza Run, Sara is always leading her peers to raise money for Jewish teen programming and to support other Jewish teens. We are excited for Sara’s bright future and can’t wait to hear all about her amazing experience this summer on Euro ICE!
Las Vegas Chapter
NCSYer of the Month: Eliran Gazala
Eliran has played an integral role in the Las Vegas NCSY family for the past three years and has served on our board for more than three full terms. Eliran is a dedicated, dependable and sincere leader of NCSY. We are proud of his past accomplishments and look forward to his promising future as a Jewish leader.

NCSYer of the Month: Addey Dominquez
Addey Dominguez has been involved with NCSY since middle school, and NCSY has never been the same since! Addey is the essence of “positive” and is always there with a funny comment, nice thing to say, or just a smile. At Yarchei Kallah she wowed everyone with her inspiring words of Torah, which was no surprise as Addey is an extremely inspiring person. She take her Judaism seriously and is always looking for ways to grow, whether through her involvement in iLearn, sessions, or davening. Keep inspiring Addey!
Orange County Chapter
NCSYer of the Month: Zach Goldblatt
In addition to being co-president, along with Omer Brem, of the JSU at Woodbridge High, Zach has become a regular fixture at weekly LNL and Deep Fried Torah events. His deep, philosophical questions always keep the conversations and learning intense…and that’s the way we like it in the OC!! Zach recently ran for all west coast JSU clubs at our inaugural 5K Pizza Run. He was quick but you couldn’t miss his hippie hairstyle and flip flops (he wore them but also brought running shoes for the 5k). Zach is super chill and we’re glad he’s a part of our chapter.
Oregon Chapter
NCSYer of the Month: Zack Sherman
Zack has been on fire this month! He helped facilitate our biggest “Shabbat Shebang” in 2 years. He has worked hard to recruit all of the Portland TJJers to all of our events this month, as well as our chapter’s upcoming “Skibbaton” on March 7th. Zack is a senior at Riverdale high school and will be spending at least part of next year in Israel! May you continue in your hard work and dedication!
San Diego Chapter and Phoenix Chapter
NCSYer of the Month: The San Diego and Phoenix Chapters
This month’s NCSYer of the month for San Diego and Phoenix is the entire San Diego and Phoenix Chapters for learning over 250 hours of Torah together and feeding over 400 homeless people on the recent #Torah Shabbaton in San Diego.
Seattle Chapter
NCSYers of the Month Ben Freda
Ben will be graduating Seattle NCSY this year after spending three consecutive years on NCSY summer programs. This month Ben represented Seattle by travelling all the way to Edmonton for a shabbaton. He also joined us on the Seattle gets LOST @Disneyland Shabbaton. Always with a smile, a joke and a good attitude, Ben is always at every event and is one of our stars. We will miss him when he graduates this year.
Valley Chapter
NCSYer of the Month: Evelyn Florentine
Evelyn is a fireball of intellect, inspiration, and passion for the Jewish people. She has shown dedication and commitment through 4 years of NCSY and JSU, serving 2 terms as president of North Hollywood JSU. She also holds active attendance at DNL, LNL, Shabbat meals, and Holiday events. This month Evelyn was especially influential in helping to shape the future of her Jewish community on campus. Atypical of a second semester senior, her participation and drive for Jewish learning is stronger than ever. She also volunteers for Teen Line, helping teens through difficult times, building self esteem and saving lives. We will be sad to see her graduate but excited to see her achievements in the future. Mazel tov on being NCSYer of the month. THANKS Evelyn!
West Valley Chapter
NCSYer of the Month: Noam Bar
Noam has shown how influential she can be. Since she first began attending Agoura Hills JSU club, Noam has been nothing short of a recruiting machine! She is always bringing new JSU members/NCSYers to club and Latte N’ Learning. Noam is always the first to give an answer or a helping hand. We can’t wait to see what Noam has in store for the future!
